The Golden Glow Coordination Package

  • Unlimited email & text communication starting at booking

  • Up to 12 hours on-site coordination with Lead and assistant coordinator

  • Final timeline creation & vendor confirmations

  • Collection of vendor COIs & required documents

  • Up to 2+ planning virtual meetings

  • Venue walkthrough with the couple

  • Personal décor setup (welcome table, signage, and special details; small items only)

  • Wedding day emergency kit included

  • Post-event vendor coordination (ensuring proper breakdown, no clean-up, within the 12-hour window)

  • Rehearsal coordination for up to 1.5 hours on-site

Starting at $9000

For couples who’ve secured their venue but want expert guidance bringing their vision to life.

  • Includes full Golden Glow Coordination (12 hours on-site + rehearsal)

  • Up to 10 planning sessions and unlimited communication

  • Vendor and venue meeting support (selection, contracts, and scheduling)

  • Budget guidance to maximize value and align with priorities

  • Design collaboration with inspiration boards and décor guidance

  • Custom planning checklist and detailed master timeline

Additional Services

  • Guidance and direction for the ceremony rehearsal, including processional order, timing cues, and overall flow to ensure the couple and wedding party feel confident and prepared. Available if the rehearsal date aligns with coordinator availability. Includes up to 1.5 hours of support.

  • Additional hours for on-site coordination beyond the hours included in your selected package, including final vendor coordination for proper breakdown and clean-up.
