The Golden Glow Full Coordination Package

  • Post-event vendor coordination (ensuring proper breakdown, no clean-up, within the 12-hour window)

All That Glitters Glows Partial Planning

Starting at $8,500

For couples who’ve secured their venue but want expert guidance bringing their vision to life.

  • Includes full Golden Glow Coordination (12 hours on-site + rehearsal)

  • UNLIMITED planning sessions and UNLIMITED email communication

  • Vendor and venue meeting support (selection, contracts, and scheduling)

  • Budget guidance to maximize value and align with priorities

  • Design collaboration with inspiration boards and décor guidance

  • Custom planning checklist and detailed master timeline

Additional Services & Info

  • Payments are split. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the event.

  • Additional hours for on-site coordination beyond the 12 hours, including final vendor coordination for proper breakdown and vendor clean-up.
